Ceasing salary sacrifice
Your contributions will revert to the standard Net Pay Arrangement (NPA) from the effective date. No refund is available — accrued savings remain in your pension pot. Changes cannot be backdated.
By submitting this form I confirm I am requesting cessation or reduction of my salary sacrifice arrangement with Crown Payroll Services Ltd.
1. I understand this takes effect from the start of the next available pay period following the effective date specified and changes cannot be backdated.
2. I understand my contributions will revert to the standard Net Pay Arrangement (NPA) basis at 5% of total earnings and my employer contribution continues unchanged.
3. I understand ceasing salary sacrifice means I will no longer benefit from the National Insurance saving on the sacrificed amount.
4. I confirm my accrued pension savings with The People's Pension are unaffected.
A confirmation will be emailed to you and Dean Ainslie and Lorraine Harris will be notified.
Stopping pension contributions (post opt-out window)
Since your opt-out window has passed, contributions will simply cease from the next pay period. No refund is available. Your accrued pension savings remain in your pot with The People's Pension. Changes cannot be backdated.
By submitting this form I confirm I am requesting cessation of my pension contributions with Crown Payroll Services Ltd.
1. I understand my one-month opt-out window has passed and no refund of contributions is available.
2. I understand contributions will cease from the start of the next available pay period following the effective date and changes cannot be backdated.
3. I understand my accrued pension savings with The People's Pension remain in my pot and are unaffected.
4. I understand I will be re-enrolled every three years if I remain eligible and will have the right to opt out again at that point.

Since you opted out within your one-month window, you are entitled to a full refund of both employee and employer contributions. Use this form to notify payroll. Your refund will be processed in the next payroll run after Crown Payroll Services receives the official opt-out confirmation directly from The People's Pension — we cannot process a refund without it.
By submitting this form I confirm I have submitted my opt-out request directly to The People's Pension within my one-month opt-out window and I am notifying payroll so my records can be updated.
Important — refund process: Crown Payroll Services Ltd will receive an official opt-out confirmation directly from The People's Pension. Your refund of both employee and employer contributions will only be processed once we receive that confirmation. Simply submitting this form does not trigger a refund — it alerts payroll to expect the confirmation from The People's Pension.
Once the official confirmation is received from The People's Pension, your full refund (employee and employer contributions) will be processed through payroll in the next available payroll run.
